My Heart displays my interest in how the body functions and how each organ plays a part. The human body is tough yet so delicate. We can survive the roughest of accident however fall victim to the simplest of injuries. A fall or a freak accident, yet we survive, but a cut on our finger and one wrong decision can bring us to our knees.Looking at this piece, you can see the compartments of the heart and symbolism of oxygenated and non-oxygenated blood circulating in the heart.I sincerely love this piece as it's representational and possesses a deeper meaning. I love staring at it as yes, my background is in fine arts, but I also used to be a personal trainer, nutritionist, and competitive athlete and now still an artist, have as transitioned to juggling motherhood as well."The only thing that is guaranteed in life is that change is inevitable.
